You add funds to your Nexu account first, then use that balance to purchase credit card products from our store. Checkout always pulls from what you’ve deposited—not a separate card on file.
Where do I fund my wallet or track an order?
Sign in and use the dashboard: Deposits for funding, Cards for what you’ve purchased, and Transactions for history. Exact labels may vary as we ship features.
How do refunds work?

Do you pull my credit when I buy a card?
Nexu is built around funding your account and purchasing card products from our catalog—not a generic “apply at a bank” flow. If any issuer step requires a check, we’ll disclose it at the right step.
